What stands out to you about the way Access works with the manufacturer? Where do you see Access creating value beyond simply selling equipment? From a manufacturer's perspective, what makes Access a valuable partner?

Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of supporting and working alongside our team at Access, Inc. Access has done an incredible job of embracing Vertiv's selling motion and truly becoming an extension of our organization across multiple business functions as they service their defined market: sales, customer service, engineering, etc. The culture internally at Access predicates itself around teamwork, valuing relationships (both internally, within Vertiv as a partnership, and with customers/partners), and always striving to say "YES" for a customer despite how difficult or unique the circumstances, in order to deliver a solution that alleviates the customer's specific pain point. They wear the "Vertiv" badge with great pride and service their respective territory with the best of them!

How would you describe the way our team communicates, collaborates, and works through problems? Are there examples where you have seen Access go above and beyond to help a customer or get a difficult situation resolved? What do you think Access does particularly well when it comes to taking care of customers? What do you think makes customers trust Access?

Access does not simply sell Vertiv products, they are trusted by our partners to sell complete solutions. If I could measure market-share penetration in specific markets, I know Vertiv's market-share within their respective territory would be best in class! Their team does an exemplary job of cultivating local relationships, becoming trusted advisors for all of the customers in their market, growing our Channel ecosystem by driving our value-add messaging/program, and always proving to be agile in an ever changing market where support, delivery and trust are paramount.

Is there anything about our technical knowledge, responsiveness, creativity, or willingness to take ownership that stands out?

It still amazes me their creativity in figuring out solutions that are designed/engineered to best serve a customer's specific needs!

If another manufacturer was considering working with Access, what would you tell them about us? If a customer was considering doing business with Access for the first time, what would you want them to know?

A group of people that have become friends and I thoroughly enjoy sharing a bunker with them daily as we strategize to best serve the NE Wisconsin Market together! I'm excited to see what the future brings!
