Service & Parts

Service and parts, whoever supplied the equipment.

ACSI is the service arm of Access. Commissioning, preventive maintenance, service contracts, parts and emergency response — available on their own merits, not only to facilities that bought their equipment from us.

How this works

You do not have to have bought it from us.

Most facilities inherit their critical equipment. It was specified by an engineer who has moved on, installed by a contractor who finished the job, and it has been running ever since with nobody obviously responsible for it. ACSI exists for exactly that situation.

We service a wide range of makes and models, our technicians are factory-trained on the lines we represent, and we work alongside the contractors and resellers who supplied the equipment rather than around them. If you already have someone, we are the escalation path. If you do not, we are the first call.

ACSI — Access Customer Support & Integrations

ACSI — Access Customer Support & Integrations LLC — exists because a critical system is not finished when it is energized. It has to be commissioned, held at specification for years, and answered for at two in the morning when it is not. That is a different discipline from designing and supplying it, and it is resourced accordingly: factory-trained technicians, factory partners for the work that calls for them, service contract specialists, and a parts operation that carries what your equipment actually needs.

What ACSI does

  • Commissioning and start-up
  • Preventive maintenance and testing programs
  • Service contracts and lifecycle support
  • Genuine replacement parts
  • Emergency repair and 24/7 dispatch
  • Factory-trained on the lines we represent, and servicing a wide range of makes and models beyond them

Service contracts

The maintenance that never gets deferred.

Preventive maintenance is the first thing to slip when a schedule tightens, and the equipment does not care why it was skipped. A service contract fixes the schedule in advance — the visits, the tests and the reporting are agreed once, and they happen whether or not anyone remembers to raise a purchase order.

It also changes what happens when something does fail. A contracted customer is a known site with documented history, current parts and an agreed response, rather than a phone call that starts from nothing.

ACSI services a wide range of makes and models, not only equipment Access supplied. Access coordinates and delivers that work through our own technicians and our factory partners, and stays accountable for the outcome either way — so the person arriving on site is trained on the equipment in front of them and can get the part that fits it.
