APPLICATION ENGINEER – TECHNICAL SALES

If you are interested in a career in application engineering and technical sales where you help consulting engineers, contractors and end users, design, project manage and install complex data center infrastructure and commercial HVAC systems, then look no further. 

Access, Inc. is the exclusive manufacturer’s representative of Johnson Controls, York, Vertiv, and other respected HVAC and power conditioning manufacturers.  Our industry leading products and services support the fast-growing Information Technology and commercial/industrial HVAC markets.  We have a full-time application/inside sales engineering position available for the right spring 2022 engineering graduate.   We have a reputation of excellence in providing engineered infrastructure solutions.  Our data center and HVAC designs provide our clients with reliable electric distribution, HVAC and monitoring solutions.

As an application – inside sales engineer, you will be responsible for providing application engineering and sales support to our outside sales engineering team, consulting engineers, building owners, system integrators, electrical contractors, and mechanical contractors.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:   

  • >A BS in Engineering with an emphasis in one of the following: architectural with a mechanical or electrical emphasis, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical, industrial, or computer.
  • >A highly motivated and performance-based attitude focused on problem solving.
  • >A strong desire to become an effective application engineer with a focus on sales.
  • >A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Dynamics.
  • >A working knowledge of the plan and specification market and A&E documents.
  • >Great problem-solving skills.
  • >Organizational and time management skills.
  • >A desire to educate others.

SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Full Time)

Access, Inc, is Wisconsin’s premier manufacturer’s representative with industry leading products that keep businesses in business.  We currently have an opening in our Neenah office for a sales support specialist to help our account managers support key accounts.  We have a reputation of excellence in providing IT critical infrastructure solutions and unparalleled service after the sale.

APPLICATION ENGINEER – TECHNICAL SALES SUMMER INTERN

If you are a junior or senior and are interested in learning more about a carrier in technical sales, then look no further.

Access, Inc, is Northeast Wisconsin, Eastern Michigan and Northern Ohio’s premier manufacturer’s representative with industry leading products and services supporting the fast-growing Data Center/Information Technology industry and the commercial and industrial HVAC industry.  

We are currently searching for summer interns who are eager to learn about a career in technical sales. We participate in two markets, critical support and commercial/industrial HVAC.  Our Critical Support Group has a reputation of excellence in providing engineered data center infrastructure solutions to building owners, engineers and contractors.  Our HVAC group works with mechanical engineering firms and mechanical contractors to provide world class products and services to building owners.

The successful interns will be responsible for providing application engineering and sales support to our outside sales engineering team.  Our interns gain valuable knowledge in mechanical and electrical consulting engineering, mechanical and electrical contracting and most important, how a technical sales organization supports these design and implementation companies.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:   

  • >Working towards a BS in engineering with an emphasis in one of the following: architectural with a mechanical or electrical emphasis, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical, industrial, or computer.
  • >A highly motivated and performance-based attitude focused on problem solving

Compensation for our intern program is $16.00 per hour.  Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
