This is not your typical administrative role — and if you're drawn to that kind of work, this probably isn't for you. We are looking for a high-performance operator who works directly with the President of Access to remove friction, drive execution, and build scalable systems.
Access sits at the center of one of the fastest-growing markets in the world — AI infrastructure and data centers. We support the critical systems that power hyperscale computing environments, mission-critical facilities, and the backbone of modern digital infrastructure. This role puts you inside that world, working alongside leadership on real business decisions that move the needle.

This Role Is (And Is Not)
✅ This Role IS
- A high-trust operator role
- A force multiplier for the President
- Focused on execution, clarity, and leverage
- Built for someone who wants to grow fast
✕ This Role Is NOT
- A traditional administrative assistant
- A project manager owning departmental work

- A static, task-based position
Who You Are
You take initiative without being asked. You don't wait for direction — you create it.
You create order out of chaos. Systems, structure, and clarity come naturally to you.
You move quickly without missing details. Speed and precision aren't opposites for you.
You know when to act and when to escalate. You're not afraid to make the call.
Sensitive information is safe with you. Confidentiality is non-negotiable.
Things don't fall through the cracks on your watch. Ever.
What Success Looks Like
The President's time is protected and focused on high-value decisions.
Communication is fully controlled, organized, and on-brand.
Commitments are tracked and executed — without being chased.
Every meeting results in clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
Work becomes more structured and efficient month over month.
You're ahead of the curve — not reacting, but preparing.
Compensation
Growth & Advancement
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow beyond the title. As you demonstrate ownership, judgment, and the ability to take work off the executive's plate, both responsibility and compensation will increase accordingly.
You'll gain direct exposure to business operations, decision-making, and systems design inside a rapidly scaling company at the center of the AI infrastructure boom. Over time, this role can evolve into a broader Business Operations position with expanded ownership across process development, systems implementation, and key execution areas.
This is not a static role. It's designed for someone who wants to earn more, own more, and become a critical part of building something great.
